When you register to join our trips, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this declaration:

Risk awareness:

At Bonsai Travels, we apply the highest safety requirements and specifications on our trips as part of our values and mission. Our trips are preceded by detailed and extensive preparations and are carried out in direct coordination with the relevant authorities when necessary and with a field team on standby on most of our trips, where the services we provide, transportation, safety rules, medical services, etc.

Equipment and Safety:

During hiking or similar activities, participants must wear the required safety equipment and appropriate clothing at all times. Bonsai Tours is not responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to wear the required clothing, lack of required personal equipment or failure to adhere to the safety instructions given by the tour leaders or their representatives. Participants who do not adhere to the instructions will be held fully responsible and should be aware that these procedures are for their own safety and the safety of everyone.

Fitness and health:

Many of our treks are physically demanding. Participants must notify us of any medical or medical conditions they may have that may require medical intervention during the trek or that may affect the participants’ fitness during the trek. The Thrill Trail reserves the right to cancel your participation after the trek has begun and at any time during the trek without refund if you have not disclosed a medical, physical or psychological condition that prevents you from continuing the trek or that may affect the participants.

Nature conservation:

Bonsai trips aim to preserve and enjoy nature without negatively affecting it. All participants in our trips are required to adhere to the principles of environmental conservation.

Harmony with the group:

All decisions made by the Team Leader or his/her representative regarding safety procedures or participant compatibility are final.

Failure to comply with the instructions of the team leader or his representative or negatively impacting the course of the trip, the team leader or his representative has the right to cancel your participation and leave the site

To ensure harmony and enjoyment for all participants in the trip, we ask all participants in our trips to pledge not to talk about topics that may cause sensitivity to some and affect the harmony of the team.

These topics include: religions, sects, sex, politics, bullying.

Complaints:

In case of any complaint during the trip, please report it immediately to the team leader or his representative to take appropriate action.

For complaints after the trip, please contact us via email.

Media and Marketing:

Please inform your team leader or representative if you do not wish to have your photos taken during the trip.

Bonsai Travel has the right to use the photos and videos in advertising and marketing its upcoming activities and trips or to add them to its website after the subscribers’ approval.
